The kind of lonely you only get around other people.
Today I'm really sad, and I miss my friends. It is not a good day to crawl under my desk and cry, but tomorrow will be. And with any luck, the day after that I won't feel like this anymore.

I can, yes. I'm struggling with figuring out how to reach out to them, though.
Fortunately, my friend Rachel actually shared an article about bipolar disorder on Facebook, so I'm pinged her and I'm going to call her tomorrow and we can bond over our broken brains! Hooray!
