Late nite confessions.

 Alex the Cat is not supposed to be on the table, but she's either stupid and can't remember that or willfully disobedient. Either is plausible, but I tend to lean more towards the dumb cat theory.

But, sometimes when I'm the only one awake in the house, I'll just let her stay up there. In part because I am lazy and getting her down requires miraculous feats of activity, and also because I feel bad for denying her the magic of the cat-on-table experience. This is why I would be a terrible parent.
