Creating light.

 As part of my "Self Care 2013" campaign, I dyed my hair purple and blue and, because air fare was strangely inexpensive, booked a trip to Austin for the last weekend in January. I'm going by myself, and just for a few days.

It's not so much a be without Trish thing as it is a be with myself thing, if that makes any sense. Lately I'm feeling caught up in obligations, like my self is being replaced with my tasks. I'm hoping that a few days with my bike in a city I know and people I love will help me to feel less invisible. The anticipation alone is useful; it's nice to have something to look forward to.
