 I started St. Johns Wort today because I am tired of my brain suddenly deciding that everything is always going to be awful.

It's an invasive weed where I live, and we were actually pulling it during my conservation internship, jokin' that we should start a side-business selling the stuff. I tried it as a tea, but then found out it messes with birth control pills.

I remember wanting to give it a try back when I was still on ye olde pille and being really disappointed about the interaction of the meds.

I take a metric fuck-tonne of Vitamin D for similar reasons. It seems to help.
