 I'm feeling kind of emotionally crummy lately (the best analogy is that it feels like the emotional equivalent of the common cold - kind of shitty, but not awful) which leads me to be really sedentary because I feel grumpy about everything. But being sedentary makes me feel worse and it's this whole thing and oh my god can't I just go find a hole to lay in for a while?
